The Power of Fresh Filtered Water

Keep It Clean

Over time your filter will lose its ability to remove contaminants. Keep your drinking water clean by replacing the filter every 3-6 months.

Refrigerator water filters do more than put clean, fresh tasting water conveniently at your fingertips. Maytag filters are certified by NSF International to reduce lead, sediments, and chlorine taste and odor.* Plus, by drinking filtered water, you can help prevent thousands of discarded plastic water bottles from ending up in landfills.

* The substances removed or reduced by these filters may not be present in everyone's water.

Refrigerator Water Filters Save Money

Clean, fresh tasting water doesn't have to cost a lot of money. By drinking filtered water instead of purchasing the same amount of leading brand bottled water, you can save hundreds of dollars over the course of a year. Plus, you'll keep lots of discarded plastic water bottles from ending up in landfills.

Purge Air From the Water Line

  2. Using a cup, press and hold the dispenser for 5 seconds, then release for 5 seconds.
  3. Repeat until water flows, then continue for an additional 2 minutes
  4. If your dispenser drips, do this again to flush air that enters the system from the water supply.
