Rated 1 out of 5 by Hachi from Do not waste your money This machine is giving me issues every 6 months. I have called the repair so many times with leak, electronic and dram noise. I bought a brand new machine and thought of keeping it for a long time. However I am just so sick of dealing with series of issues after another. I am exhausted with repairing this machine and I learned that I will never buy any Maytag appliances.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Beachjohn from Avoid at all costs After about 6 months of trouble-free use I’ve had constant problems with this machine. First it wouldn’t run at all because it wouldn’t drain. Turns out a kinked drain hose was the problem—great quality control during manufacturing. Now I’m having the same problem as other reviews—it won’t spin. On tap to pay $500-$600 to switch out one of the control boards—on an $800 washer! Why is Maytag still selling this piece of junk? It’s ruining the company’s reputation. DO NOT BUY!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by etlosangeles from do not recommend Machine broke about a year after getting it, of course just after warranty expired. Spin cycle doesn't work and clothes come out drenched. We had two repairmen come and who referred to the machine as "a toy" and that fixing it would cost more than buying a new machine. Seems like this is a common issue. Do not recommend.

It stopped spinning during a mid-cycle and an error message of F.06 was shown." Almost exact same story as this review quoted above. This washer came with the house we bought, and 6 months later it stops spinning mid-cycle and the wash cycle shuts down showing same error message. We are just going to the laundromat now. Unreliable!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Pattie482014 from The name "Maytag" used to mean quality. I purchased this washer dryer combo 3 years ago. I have had the repairman here 3 times. Today the repairman came again because the clothes do not adequetely spin to remove the water. He said it will require a new computer control panel. This repair will cost more than the machine's origianl price. I am disgusted with this machine and would tell anyone reading this to look elsewhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Vancouver from Waste of time and money. This thing came with the condo I bought, but the place would have been better off without a washer at all. The door latch and its sensor are garbage. The door will lock when I close it, but the washer will give me an error message and refuse to start because it thinks the door is open. I am not necessarily upset about that; I can spend hours starting and re-starting the machine until it decides to wash my clothes. My issue is that every time it errors, I am forced to cancel the cycle, which drains all of the product from its detergent/softener/bleach compartments, which I then have to refill. On average, I will have to fill the detergent compartment 3 times per load due to these errors. It's a colossal waste. Needless to say, this machine has single-handedly convinced me to never purchase another Maytag appliance.
