Automatic Subscription Charges
You authorize us to automatically charge your default payment card at then-current prices for your subscription orders. We will send you an email before each order with order details and the amount you will be charged. We will continue placing your subscription orders and charging your payment card until you cancel.
Item prices are subject to change. The price you paid for your first order is not guaranteed for future subscription orders, which will be charged at the current price at the time your order is processed.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Your subscription orders will continue until you cancel or change them. You can view and manage your subscription, including to cancel or change the frequency of your subscription order, by visiting the My Account section of this website. The My Account section also indicates the date by which you must submit changes or cancellations — after that date, changes will not affect orders in progress, but will apply to later orders.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription or part of a subscription for any reason, including product availability, pricing discrepancy, or errors.
We may offer promotional discounts on subscriptions. Some discounts may apply to your initial order as well as automatic refills, but review offer terms to determine whether a discount applies only for an introductory period (such as the first shipment only). Unless otherwise indicated, discounts are taken off the regular sale price excluding taxes and shipping. Unless otherwise indicated, discounts shown on this site are available only for new subscription orders placed on this site. All discounts are subject to change at any time without notice, including while your subscription is active.
We ship using FedEx, UPS, and/or USPS. Shipping normally takes between 1 to 10 business days, but may take longer for outlying areas.

If your shipping address is in a state that requires us to collect sales tax, your subscription orders will be subject to tax at the appropriate state and local rate.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to cancel your subscription. This info can be found under “My Subscriptions” under “My Account.” Click here to visit Owners Center.

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
Yes, you can change the timing of your subscription by going to your Account page and updating the frequency information under Subscriptions. Click here to visit Owners Center.
Can I temporarily pause my subscription(s) without cancelling?
Not at this time, but we are working on improvements.
When should I cancel to avoid further charges?
You may cancel your subscription any time before the Next Refill Date listed on your Account page under Subscriptions.
What happens if my credit card on file expires or gets declined?
In this case, your subscription will be paused for up to 30 days. During that time, you may update your credit card information through your account page as needed to continue your subscription. After the 30-day pause period, your subscription will be canceled if you do not provide a valid credit card.
What if my subscription item(s) is out of stock when it’s time to ship a replacement?
Your replacement item(s) will ship once stock is replenished, up to 29 days after the initial ship date. After 30 days, you will need to start a new subscription. In the event that your item(s) is discontinued, you may create a new subscription with the new replacement model.
What if I want to change my subscription product(s), my address, or my payment method to a different card?
Your address and payment information can be changed by accessing your Account and navigating to the appropriate section.
If you would like to start receiving a different product(s), you will need to cancel your existing subscription and start a new one.
