I wasn't in need of the wifi feature so I never installed or activated it. Thankfully it wasn't a requirement as with other brands. Since this is the first new washer I've ever bought, when we contacted Matag about a concern we had with the dryer, they sent a local tech out to check it over for us. When he came, checked the dryer and then he said he has a quick 'class' that he can come back and do for us and show us all the features, preferred settings and how to get the most out of the washer. What a help! We learned more from him than the manual ever told us. Hands on training and a full fledged backing from Matag to make sure we got off to the right start! This is what we all want when we get something new and it's a little more techy than we're use to. Keep us the good work Matag!
